A gem of a place in the heart of the action, located in a quiet alley off main street, hosts are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with great coffee. Dinner there can be arranged if booked the day before. Nothing is too much trouble. The double room ensuite is perfect for a couple. You do get to hear the early morning and evening call to prayer!

We enjoyed the stay extremely. Riad Dar Halima is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff are incredibly hard-working and were perceived as family. Siham and Abdo deserve special mention. Abdo is one of the kind heartest souls I ever met. He means a lot to us and has done a lot to make us feel at home in Morocco. Just mentioned because we see how sad the whole team was feeling because there was an unfounded negative review: for anyone who gives bad ratings here because they expect a modern Hilton-like hotel, please book a hotel instead. Here you will find an oasis of well-being with a lot of heart! Thank you 🙏🏽

We were never contacted to say we wouldn’t be able to stay there. They only told us when we were checking in (trying to) that they didn’t have electricity in the rooms we were supposed to stay. One lady told us to not worry because she had settled everything with the Riad across the street (Riad Hayane) which is a bigger and better place for the same price we paid way in advance and we didn’t need to pay any extra. At the check out we were told that we had to pay nearly 1000MAD more than we already paid and that we agreed with the lady from Riad Dar Halima. This has never happened. We shouldn’t agree with something that isn’t our fault.. after a huge argument, calls and everything we decided to pay the extra just to not put the staff(very very very kind) in trouble. Keep an eye on as it could happen with anyone..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
