Beautiful Riad that is well located. Everything is a walking distance from the place. The whole team is incredible that works here. Very happy that I chose this Riad! The level of hospitality is fantastic. People are genuinely nice and will help with anything. Breakfast included. Also very nice and tasty. I recommend ordering a cab from the airport with the hotel as it is a very reasonable price! And you won't get scammed by the local cab driver

Wonderful. The riad is in best position, in front of Dar el Bacha museum and 15 minutes by feet from Jamaa el Fna square. Also closer to the best hammam of Marrakech, Hammam de la Rose. The riad owner is fantastic, we spent many time talking in front of typical mint tea, about city and traditions. They also are avalabile to book excursions for you.

Very nice and well working team. Beautiful small riad, even if there are just a few rooms. Good restaurants directly on the other side of the street. Jemaa el Fna reached after 10-12 walking minutes. Breakfast is not that creative, but enough to start into the day. Would go there again 👌🏻

IT was a very Nice Holiday. The Riad was very nice and good. The Personal , Mustafa ,of the Riad was very friendly and we became a Lot of Help when we nide this. He make a very good Job , good breakfast and all the time he was a good Guide for all. IT was a very good time at the Riad. The Riad have a good Position of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
