Let me start by saying that if Google rating allowed for 10 stars, we would give Dar Kandi 10+ stars. This is a serene place with the utmost attention given to details to make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. From the design, decoration, and architecture of the Riad to its extremely hospitable and respectful and hospitalible staff, especially Madame Aouatif, we have nothing to say but good things about Dar Kandi. She is very professional and she knows how to make her guests stay comfortable and relaxing to the point that you just want to move here. This will definitely not be our last trip to Marrakesh and Dar Kandi 🤗

We loved this place a lot - a very beautiful design, very quiet place, amazing location and very friendly stuff. The room was spacious, with lots of beautiful ornaments and design. The ac was also great. The staff was always helpful and prepared the best vegan breakfast for us - fruits, bread, hummus, olives, aubergines, orange juice. We were very pleased to have such a high level of service. Just one thing to improve - we didn't know how to negotiate the prices for a taxi and other things and it would be helpful if they actually helped us to get closer to the real price that the locals would pay, so that we feel fully comfortable.

For us Dar Kandi redefined a perfect stay, it surpassed expectations. Dar Kandi showed us what it means for them to be a perfect host, blending our taste with their professional and personal experience to give us the best of the best that Marrakech has to offer. They built a hospitable environment for us, perfectly curated for any taste possible. All we had to do is arrive with open senses, and if you as well, I guarantee you a perfect stay. The food is absolutely fantastic, the location ideal, the decoration is marvelous, the service and attention to detail is magnificent. You can build your expectations however much you want but no matter how much time you invest into your research this place will wow you, it will set a new standard. It’s amazing staff, from Mohamed, to Aouatif, to the cleaning staff, etc everyone guides you through a memorable experience with patience, knowledge and a huge passion for what they do. I planned this honeymoon to treat and surprise my wonderful wife with a gem of a place to stay and it turns out Dar Kandi was the one to surprise us both, making this honeymoon unforgettable by paying attention to every, single, tiny detail in the most genuine and loving way. Isn’t that what perfection is after all?

Dar Kandi will exponentially exceed your expectations! We privatized the property for a girls trip, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. The property is stunning -- each room is more beautiful and unique than the next. The rooftop pool and lounge area are gorgeous. The food is delicious. The location is perfect. But what stood out above the physical beauty and convenience of the space was the truly exceptional service. Aouatif and the team were not only hospitable, but treated us as family. They made our stay so special. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your trip to Marrakech! Thank you Aouatif and Dar Kandi!

I have no words to describe how beautiful is the Riad, the most magical and wonderful experience! we loved every single detail! the attention to the guests is AMAZING and the food is delicious. The next time we come to Marrakesh we will definitely stay here again. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
