Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this property - I stayed there 3 nights and on my last night, the manager came into the hotel restaurant where I was eating and gave me an empty envelope and told me it was for a tip for the staff when I checked out the next day - I was then asked about it 2 more times. When I provided feedback on this that it was bad manners, pushy and made me feel uncomfortable - the manager Hayat lied about it and said I was given a survey in the envelope!! There was no survey and I was told specifically that the tip would be shared with staff and asked 2 more times had I left the tip. If you have to lie about doing it - then maybe you know it’s wrong!! Management should focus on the service from their restaurant staff instead of pushing guests to tip, because they were not worth tipping - I had to ask for ice 3 times before it came and called room service and spoke to 3 people to place my order, which no one could understand - so I had to go down to the restaurant and point on the menu what I wanted to order.

Great service! The staff surely gave 5 star service. The hotel is in a good location for the market. The roof terrace was lovely, sat there having a lovely cappuccino. Only negative is the placement of our room, close to the main road and we could hear the sounds outside of horses, cars and people talking. Also room itself and bathroom slightly outdated but I guess it’s in line with the style of hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, they really went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The food is suberb, and breakfast on the roof terrace is a treat. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and traditionally charming. The location is great for exploring the Medina. What more could you ask for! Really enjoyed it.

This is the second time I've booked my holidays in Marrakech with Sanssouci Collection and I will definitely stay with them again. I've spent four days at Dar les Cigognes and enjoyed the most wonderful time. Being treated as a true friend every wish was made possible by Hayat and the fantastic team. From the Hammam experience and the massages to the food all was truly enjoyable, I can only recommend spending your time in Marrakech here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
