This was an absolutely incredible stay. The location is perfect, located in the old town, in the middle of all the major attractions. The hotel itself is very clean, very well decorated, rooms are beautiful, and hospitality is above and beyond wonderful. Hafida and her team made us feel at home, helped us with everything at all times, and we almost cried saying goodbye. This will be your home away from home, and a reason alone to come back to Marrakech.

My wife and I celebrated my birthday last year in May in Marrakech. We stayed in this riad and had a wonderful time! Very nice and kind people. Beautifull rooms. Great service. A place to recommend.

As a person who consistently reads reviews but almost never posts, it is rare that a place with such a high rating exceeds my expectations. With that being said, Dar Moda was arguably one of the best accommodations I have ever had while traveling. Hafida and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in making our stay unforgettable. From dinner recommendations (which were excellent), to personal escorts when reaching more complicated destinations, to a wonderful daily breakfast on the top terrace overlooking the medina, extraordinarily clean rooms, absolutely beautiful areas to relax, and overall a comfortable and welcoming environment to explore Marrakech, I could not ask for anything more. With zero caveats, I would recommend a stay here to both family and friends. This review may sound hyperbolic, but it truly was an incredible experience. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. شكرا جزيلا لك.

A true Oasis in Marrakesh. We stayed 3 nights in the Terrasse room and we had a wonderful time. Hafida and the house staff made us feel very welcome and fulfilled all of our wishes. This Riad is amazingly cosy and welcoming. We would definitely recommend to stay here when in Marrakesh. +very good location +awesome Riad with two pools +super friendly and welcoming staff +very clean and tidy +romantic atmosphere +very cosy and familiar due to the small number of rooms +delicious breakfast We couldn’t find any negative points.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
