Beautiful hotel with all the luxuries you could hope for. The most wonderful staff, especially Jesus, who looked after us so well. We are hoping to return one day soon. It is one of the most lovely, welcoming hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying at and all made more special by Jesus and his knowledge of the City and his kind, caring manner. Thank you Jesus!

It’s a nice and cute hotel in the middle of the city. The desk employees were super nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Only down side we experienced was the somewhat loud housekeeping

Booked a room for 2 nights, tidy, nice beds and pillows. Seems recently refurbished. Upgraded to a room on the back and had a pieceful and good night's sleep. Friendly helpful staff. Location very central, easy to reach every part of the city.

Lovely hotel! Great location in the centre, and alot of options like parking and breakfast. We were here 2nd christmasday, and the markets were closeby. The beds were amazing, only the cussions were a little soft for us. Only unfortunate thing was that we were disturbed by the housekeeping at around 9:30, even when our checkout time was 12:00. I reckon a miscommunication but furthermore perfect stay!

Hotel is OK but my room was noisy and I did not find the staff to be particularly friendly. Visited in 2021. Edit in 2023: Dear Hotel. Thank you for sending a complaint against my "negative evaluation" alleging that I was not a customer based on BGH, ruling of 09.08.2022 - VI ZR 1244/20). Nice try! I am not fake, I actually was a customer, your reservation number BB2107166900321). Dear Customers: to protect yourself against hotel's attemps to have your ratings deleted if they do not like them, I reccommend that you prove that you actually stayed there by including your name or reservation number.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
