Paid for a Type Deluxe Queen - High Floor. Was given a smaller type room on the 1st floor. With no explanation or offer to move us later. No refund of difference either. Hotel is newly renovated and some mornings from 9am to midday was drilling & construction work, being on the 1st floor meant we were close to it. Window wouldn’t open so room was stuffy, walls thin so you can hear neighbours all the time which was hard to sleep, also many doors on our floor had huge gaps about an inch or sometimes 2! Meaning more noise travelling, room was really dusty & not cleaned well, pillow was smelly & the bed covers were also really old & stained. the hotel is in a nice location though, & the shower had good pressure. It also costs a lot to use their laundry facilities, ontop of your already high room fee, better to go down the road to laundromat. as the staff informed us. The service is basically zero, most days the staff at the lobby never say hello or even look up from the computer. It’s more like serviced apartments than a hotel per se. Wasn’t worth it for the high price they charged.

Poor quality and weeny apartment for excessive price. Walls are very thing, you hear neighbour talking as if they where standing in front of your door. Very bad insulation of room (shower and toilet flushing of neighbours) and windows (noise from the street despite of being located in a relatively quiet barrio). No cleaning of the floor, room service is limited to once a week towel and linen change. Had to claim this also on one occasion because they didn't come. But the worst is, they keep your deposit for weeks before returning it (I haven't received mine yet). Very likely they earn interest on your money for months and keeping it for a further period although you already checked-out and no damage was detected. In other words they are working with your money, apart from the horrendous fees that they charge anyway. Some of staff members were very friendly, this is why I gave at least 2 stars. But do yourself a favour and look for an accommodation elsewhere.
