Their rooms are nice, clean, and spacious enough for us. We didn't have any problem with the noise coming from the other rooms, since some feedback says the rooms are not soundproof. They have friendly staffs ❤ There's a park next to this hotel which is really nice we were always sitting there like every afternoon to have some drinks (from the 7eleven, walking distance from the hotel/park), and chat. My hubby also spend his morning in that park while drinking his coffee, since he loves fresh air. This hotel is also close to vietnamese restaurant, bakery, cafe, etc. In short our stay in this hotel was excellent base on our experience, and standards.❤

Paid for a Type Deluxe Queen - High Floor. Was given a smaller type room on the 1st floor. With no explanation or offer to move us later. No refund of difference either. Hotel is newly renovated and some mornings from 9am to midday was drilling & construction work, being on the 1st floor meant we were close to it. Window wouldn’t open so room was stuffy, walls thin so you can hear neighbours all the time which was hard to sleep, also many doors on our floor had huge gaps about an inch or sometimes 2! Meaning more noise travelling, room was really dusty & not cleaned well, pillow was smelly & the bed covers were also really old & stained. the hotel is in a nice location though, & the shower had good pressure. It also costs a lot to use their laundry facilities, ontop of your already high room fee, better to go down the road to laundromat. as the staff informed us. The service is basically zero, most days the staff at the lobby never say hello or even look up from the computer. It’s more like serviced apartments than a hotel per se. Wasn’t worth it for the high price they charged.

Poor quality and weeny apartment for excessive price. Walls are very thing, you hear neighbour talking as if they where standing in front of your door. Very bad insulation of room (shower and toilet flushing of neighbours) and windows (noise from the street despite of being located in a relatively quiet barrio). No cleaning of the floor, room service is limited to once a week towel and linen change. Had to claim this also on one occasion because they didn't come. But the worst is, they keep your deposit for weeks before returning it (I haven't received mine yet). Very likely they earn interest on your money for months and keeping it for a further period although you already checked-out and no damage was detected. In other words they are working with your money, apart from the horrendous fees that they charge anyway. Some of staff members were very friendly, this is why I gave at least 2 stars. But do yourself a favour and look for an accommodation elsewhere.

This place is located at a good spot slightly away from all the action. Quiet at night. I booked a premier room on a middle floor which comes with a huge window which I love. However, the beds were so tiny and wobbly it affected my 1st terribly exhausted night of sleep. The topper moves and the whole bed wobbles as you toss and turn. And the smell on the entire floor and room was unbearably musty and weird. Windows are all locked (bad move) and I cannot air it. The tv turns on by itself in the middle of the night too. Couldn't bear to sleep on it again for the next 3 nights, I requested for a change of room. I was given 2 not so ideal option, one with a teeny window on the 2nd floor or 10th floor with windows smaller than what I booked. I chose the one with bigger window as I couldn't make do with the teeny window. However, the tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night again and decided to unplug the tv. Now the aircon was making loud noises every other hour or so. I hated to move again, so I stuck with it. Positively, the room is new and so it is clean, except for under the bed. There's a bus stop just next to the hotel, taxis are aplenty, convenient stores and supermarkets are all within walking distance, food all around as well. It is situated in the quiet part of Sheung Wan but walking at night is safe. There's also a lovely garden/park behind the hotel as well. Overall, if they work out the kinks, it is a good place.

Unquiet atmosphere ! Not only that they are renovating, they drill every day from 9 am or knock not taking into account that the hotel is home to foreigners who may have arrived after the flight tired and want to sleep, the price is very expensive does not justify itself. During the renovation could at least reduce the price. A photo of them doing the renovation There is not at least one small spoon in the room.
