        I recently stayed at D'Autor Apartments Alegria and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the apartment was spacious, it lacked character and felt impersonal. The room cleaning and services were disappointing as the cleaning staff was impolite and did not do a thorough job. The breakfast was also quite simple, and the elevator was outdated and in need of an upgrade. In addition to these issues, I found the bathrooms to be tiny, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. The beds were also quite small, which was a problem for me as I am over 6 feet tall. To make matters worse, the elevator broke down twice during my stay, with myself and my 2-year-old son trapped inside on one occasion. While appreciate that the staff were attentive and responded promptly to our calls for help, the situation was still quite concerning and could have been avoided with better maintenance. Overall, I believe that D'Autor Apartments Alegria has potential, but they need to make some improvements in their services and amenities to provide a truly valuable experience for guests. With better customer service, elevator maintenance, and attention to detail, they may be able to provide a more welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests in the future.

        Lovely modernized update to a beautiful old building in Porto, very near all the great parts of Porto. Staff was excellent and the light breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Muito bem!

        Stay away from this company and this place. It is a scam!! They were extremely nice and responsive during booking process. They insisted on full payment in advance with non-refundable policy. They require you to do electronic wire transfer. At that time they cut communication. Do not respond to emails nor answer phones. I even walked to the place and found a parking garage door. No hotel nor anything else. Eventually, I needed to book another place and lost my $1,000 that I had paid in advance. Warning - stay away!

        We spent a few nights in Porto and our travel agent booked us here. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautifully appointed apartment. Plus, the location cannot be beat. Do keep in mind that there is no 24/7 reception desk so be sure to request details in advance about accessing the premises. We inadvertently rang one of the apartments and disturbed another guest. Among the many conveniences, there is a small washing machine in the apartment and a line for air drying but don't fret if you need to dry your clothes quickly as there is a laundromat right across the street. We had a few issues with the hot water being intermittent and were unable to program the safe but otherwise, it was a great place to stay. We plan to book here again when we return to Porto.

        Stayed here 3 nights. It's an automatic recommendation for anyone and I would go back here if I am to go back to Porto. Ignore the previous negative reviews, the hotel clearly stated the booking conditions during Covid. The best place we stayed at during our trip to Portugal.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
