The room was fine, but the building seems a little bit old. Clean with a few amenities, quite small for me, but I mean, for the price was OK. I think the service is not that good, not because of the people working there, they try to did their best. It was because sometimes they didn't have enough people. Breakfast service with many options, but the area to get it is quite small, so be careful when there are lots of people, the terrace is a great option because of the plants and lake view.

The location is nice, near a bus stop. Convenience stores, vendo machine, small restos are everywhere. There is also a 5min walk shopping mall. Breakfast is buffet, but it is the same all throughout our 6 day stay. There is a laundry area, 2 washing/drying machines available. The bidet in our bathroom was not functioning, although the toilet seat warmer is ok. The staff was so-so, only because we are unable to communicate well. Not all can speak english. They change the beddings every 3 days, even if you put out your signage of " make room" they will only remove the trash and replenish the consumables. Wifi was so-so also.

Small room with a small cabin-like bathroom plus toilet. Breakfast hall is too small for big tour groups at early morning. Food choices are the same every morning. But it is near Kibo metro station, exit 4b a short walk to the hotel. Convenience shops, malls, plazas around. A big plus.

Room very small.. i just bring 1 suitcases but can not put down.. they ask to open in bed, but I believed if bed get dirty or broke they will ask money again for it…bathroom also very small

The rooms is super small but its tollarable. Its quite far also from the mrt station.. The breakfast is not so good!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
