It’s an ideal property to stay in Langkawi. Property is really good. Rooms are very spacious and having all the amenities. They have got a nice infinity pool facing the sea. It’s really big and all will enjoy the pool. Food is really tasty. Especially the breakfast was too good. All the front office service staffs, house keeping are really good.

Lovely spacious room with nice balcony. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Efficient staff. Love the pool table and table tennis. To improve: 1. The gym is too claustrophobic, Could be extended. 2. The pool table needs to be repaired and the ping pong bats and balls were all broken. Not hard to replace so make the extra effort please.

Very nice hotel, with a very nice swimming pool, gym and breakfast buffet. In the rooms, just a quick tip: the light switch with a red LED outside the bathroom is for warm water (never seen that before). Keep it on 💡

Room was very spacious and many amenities were provided. The sea view was breathtaking. Bathrooms were clean and towels were replaced daily. If I were to nitpick then my only complaint is that room service did not clean the room properly when we were gone out, and instead only provided new towels and shoes and changed trash. Also, there is a common laundry area, and an iron is not provided within the room

Great location, infinity pool is great with the sea view. Rooms need more repair as some plugs and stuff weren't working well. Breakfast buffet is okay - there isn't plenty options but it's decent. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
