Had a stopover returning from Montreal to Ontario. Nestled away in a cozy corner of Kingston, it's an amazing and very welcoming stay for guests. Amenities a galore in the neighborhood. Found Impeccable, clean and well-done rooms that make you unpack and unwind right away! Clean, well equipped washrooms. I loved the touch of details in placing holy books by the night table to choose. The breakfast area is well managed, clean and well equipped. Will definitely stop over here when need arises again

Stayed here for two nights in January. Great having discount due to having family at Kingston General hospital. The pool and hot tub was a welcoming stress relief hotel was very clean and sufficient. Only 10 minutes to hospital

I didn’t have a great pleasure to see the rooms because I couldn’t get to them. As the person wheelchair bound I carefully checked the amenities of the hotel before booking it to make sure I will be able to use it. The photos on the website displayed even the roll in shower therefore I had no doubts that I can roll in the lobby. But no, at this gray-ish lobby empty construction I found no step free entrance. Before me there was the step to the entrance of at least 12 inch high My partner of course went inside to wander how come? Yet, she was explained that there was some asphalt layer at the back of the hotel with the fireproof door that weight you know how much. The door however didn’t have the auto opening feature. I can’t open it even if I wanted to as it’s heavy and as well very narrow. Well, this place has automated doors at the front with the step (why automated then?) and asphalt ramp at the back with no door. Puzzle? I was. How brain dead one could be to compose something like that? I think they smoke a lot in Kingston.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The linen and pillows were super soft. Room was clean. My only complaints are the soap in the shower was awful. Left your skin feeling sticky when wet, and terribly dry afterwards. And there must be an infestation of box elder bugs. There were so many in both rooms we had. We did our best to kill them or put them outside. But it seemed like for every 2 we removed, 10 more would show up. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would return!

I stayed there with my family. Check in was great staff was nice. My young children and I went into the pool Friday night for a swim, there was a group of men that started video taping myself and children. I notified the front desk as we were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, they asked the group to leave. When my family and I went for the gross breakfast they group was still at this hotel. We then became VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and upset. The staff should have made sure all party that was involved were gone. I’m definitely not happy with the out come. Definitely don’t feel safe there
