        When checking in the front guy was very accommodating. At first I could pay for my room with a debt card, he insisted on credit. I booked the room with my credit card. I had to ask my girlfriend to put the deposit on hers even though she wasn't staying with me. The front guy suggested another motel. I found that very rude being this was my first experience ordering/booking a motel. This location I wouldn't recommend because of the poor front desk service. Eventually he let me pay with my debt card. This still soured my overall experience. Rooms were ok. a little beat up cosmetically. The room has gouges on the floor near the patio doors. I took.pictures incase I got charged for them. The bed was comfy, the TV had some movie channels.

        DO NOT STAY HERE! Not safe. Not clean. Bed bugs. Domestic disturbance our first night. Heavy police. Cleaning staff assuming there are any push everything under the bed from previous guests. Stains. Right beside the highway, exotic massage place located right behind it. There are so many nicer, cleaner, safer hotels in the area. AVOID! Our kids came home with bugs!

        When we arrived, our first room smelt like smoke and mildew. They did change rooms for us. However, the other room had looked like smeared blood (it wasn’t, I think it was BBQ sauce. It was a lot) above the door between the two rooms. Our air conditioner kept shutting off, while I tried to see why, I noticed mold all through the vents of it. We had no towels in our room, no wash clothes nothing. I phoned down to get everything thing, a staff member eventually came and handed me two shower towels that’s it. I asked for more as I didn’t have any hand towels or cloths. He looked at me then walked away and never came back. The breakfast place there was good, the food was great. The front desk staff were very polite. I stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels, this was by far the worse. I am sorry.

        First of all the check in Service on Nov 24/23 around 4:30/5 pm was horrible. We were not acknowledged when entering the motel, no hello, how can I help you...NOTHING! Besides the beds in the room there was 1 office chair to sit on, 1 teeny tiny bar of dove soap, no wash clothes, no hand towels and only 2 bath towels for 3 people. The baggage cart was terrible! The ice machine was broken but a nice young man went into the closed restaurant and got us ice....We went out for a bit to a play and when we returned the same man behind the desk totally ignored us...he just kept his head down and never acknowledged anyone even walked in....Certainly isn't good hospitality service!! The young girl that checked us out Saturday morning Nov 25th was the total opposite, kind, friendly, helpful and listened to our complaints and said she would pass it on to her boss! Needs lots of improvements

        Very outdated hotel, first room no blankets on the bed. Went to front desk to get said blanket but was told he couldn't get one for us, only offered to move us to a 2 queen bed room instead of another king bed room which is what we paid for. Keep telling me it was an upgrade lmfao an upgrade is goin from a queen room to a king room not the other way around, needless to say won't be staying at this hotel again. Room they gave us was musty, hole in the ceiling just not a nice hotel. Ya it's cheap but needs lots of improvements to make it a worthwhile hotel.
