Got the rooms at a really good rate but had to mark them down a little as the bathroom in both rooms were in need of some maintenance. A big brown stain under the cistern showed that it had been leaking for quite a while and the handle over the shower was rusting. Similar issues in the other room. The staff were great and the location was good for our trip but this obviously made the place very busy and therefore a little noisy. Great to lay your head down for one night but I wouldn't want to do a week here.

This place was cheap but not cheerful. The front doors are faulty and it was painful getting in and out of the reception. They need to invest in some automatic doors. The reception staff looked very unhappy to be there. The heating system was broken in my room so instead they had a portable plug in heater which eventually got the room to a bearable temperature, but really not acceptable. The room itself was however clean and a good size. Dogs were barking in rooms nearby, which I found odd. Surely if they allow dogs it should be in a designated wing of the hotel. Two stars for the room rate. But otherwise, I’d avoid.

I just spent Christmas Eve night here with my daughter and dog. (He doesn't like fireworks) it's so quiet. I know it's a very safe place for him to be. This is my second time here with my dog. 5th November was my 1st visit. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, and cheap.

Absolutely appalling. Charged me £120 for a room this evening then tell me after there is no heating in this freezing weather! If I was told first I wouldn’t have paid to stay. I checked the room and it was like an ice box… so I gave the key back immediately and decided not to stay. Now I have to wait 3 days for a refund and the guy at reception couldn’t even give me proof of refund. Disgusting and appalling.

Our overnight stop here was highly satisfactory. Reception staff were welcoming, and rooms were clean and comfortable. No restaurant at the hotel, but plenty of eating options at the services on the same site. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
