        You can tell the staff here really care about running the place well and making guests comfortable. My family stayed for 4 nights in the 2 queen room and found it to be spacious and clean. Best of all, the staff helped us out of a sticky situation when we woke up to a flat tire -- they brought an air compressor over to our car and pumped it up! Thank you for the top tier service.

        The place is good for an affordable option, was cleaned and the beds are really comfortable. Pros: really closed to everything fun to do, easy to find, easy check in, friendly staff, room was nice and clean (bathroom has mold and the bed sheets. Cons: The downside is the mold growing in the bathroom area is really bad. The bed were stained They shouldn't leave the mold grow this bad at all. I think has to do with the type of curtain are I'm the shower they do not hold water inside the shower/tub at all. I can see coming from the upstairs bathroom on each level.

        NOT PET FRIENDLY! Even though amenities says it is! Was forced to check out of hotel same day even though prepaid for a week over one pet (cat). Manager should have given me a waiver for inconvenience and for FALSE ADVERTISING. Unable to recommend.

        When we booked we were not told of Parking Fee's. The pool was out of service the whole time we were there. We arrived in the afternoon, put our stuff away and went out for the day. The next morning we went to shower and there was no water pressure in the shower. You Had to splash water from the tub faucet to remove soap. After notifying front desk we were told that maintenance would be sent to fix the problem. Upon returning that evening we checked the shower and nothing had been done. We contacted the front desk and they told us that they would send maintenance again, this time we waited and the maintenance man looked at it and said he knew the problem and removed a gasket that had been stuffed in the shower pipe. For the next 3 days our room was not cleaned nor was the garbage emptied. When we called to complain we were told it was our fault for leaving the do no disturb sign up or that we had a pet so they wouldn't go in. they told us on several occasions that we could pack up our stuff and move to another room, or we could check out and find another hotel. There seemed to be no Customer Service or caring about issues that were presented to them. Upon checking out the Manager told us that she was sorry and that she would remove our parking fee, give us a free night at a Wyndam property, and insure that we received our points for our stay. I can only hope that they follow through on their promises. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

        Woke up at 2am feeling itchy and found a bed bug so we had to move rooms with a 1 and 5 year old. They said for the inconvenience and bug bite they would refund me for that night, was told by 2 different front desk people. In the hassle of moving in the middle of the night we forgot our kids tablets and didn't realize until we were on our way home to Arizona. We called and asked them to look for us and the lady my wife spoke to was really rude and said they looked multiple times and didn't find them. We were close to the hotel still so we just went without warning. We were able to check the second room, we knew they were in the first. After a little we got to check the first room and my wife found them mixed up in the sheets which we never used or messed up because we slept on top of everything and took our own blankets. It was very suspicious. After a week I never got a refund and we called them only to be told we can't get one and can only get reward points on our account which we don't have. This whole time my bite area has been itchy and my lymph nodes have been swollen due to an infection. UPDATE we have called multiple times and only get foreign call centers telling us the hotel manager said there was no bed bug activity when we seen they removed the pillow that had the dead one on it. They also didn't mention anything about the attempt on stealing the tablets. They lied to us multiple times and gave us the runaround for 15000 reward points we didn't want.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
