People are very friendly and serviable. However the cleanliness of the rooms are not up to standard. Outdated and dirty, old linen, bad smell. Affordable price to stay, everything is close by.

Rooms tidy but not too clean, stain bed sheet at the bottom part under the duvet. bathroom has moldy around the wall grout and seaweeds smell sometimes. At the back of bathroom door fully black ( kind of dirt). Breakfast open at 7.00, i ask the staff at 7.30 for a coffee but until i left the restaurant at 8.05 the coffee station still empty. I was recommended by friend to stay in this hotel as it's near the office that i've to go. The view at night on the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The 4 star i gave here is for dedicated staff that put smile in their working place, serve any guests with true hospitality.

The dirtiest rooms ever! The smell in hotel is horrible! Smell of dirt, smoking and sweat. There was lots of hairs everywhere, on the bed, in bathroom, even in the fridge 🤬which was disgusting. In any room that I saw. The dirtiest sheets ever with drops of blood 🥵Alls grey with awful smell. Same with pillows, what’s the problem to make a laundry? The staff shower 2 rooms, but all is the same!

The check in/out went really fast. I have been here in 2012. Back than it was still renovating/under construction. The result is wonderfull. The price/quality is 5 star. Its so cheap and the location is really good. (If you go by bike). By car its hard to reach, cause its all in a small alley (still doable though). The breakfast is what you could expect of a 2 star hotel/residence. The whole ambiance of the restaurant is amazing. Really calming in such a big city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
