We've spent 2 nights at one of the private pool villas here. Overall experience was nice, the villa was well designed with a private pool in its yard, wide bedroom connected with changing room & bathroom with bath tub and a nice view to its private pool. Very fiendly staff that allowed us to check-in earlier. However, the private pool was poorly cleaned, we had to ask the staffs to clean it before we can use. Plus the bicycles provided at the De Chaochom were rarely taken care of. We experiened one of the bycicles with no break, which put us in danger for real. The breakfasts were really nice, their common place was great with a stunning beach view. We had one of our great sunrise hunting moments.

Nice and quiet with beach front location. Very good for rejuvinating one' soul. Good distance away fromthe busy side of town. Close proximity to Klaikungvol Royal Palace, therefore, this is a real place for true resting.

Small & cozy hotel right next to the sea. But there is no beach, so it is not swimmable. Service staff as well as security guard have excellent service mind. The only 2 things which could be improve are: 1) Room unclean - we hung cleaning sign in the front door and went out since morning, when we got back in the evening our room was not cleaned. We called front office, they claimed they called the room, since no one answer, they believe we don’t want our room clean. This does not make any sense, why would we hang our sign on the door? If no one answer = no one in the room, should they at least come an check the sign? 2) Some maintenance need to be done around the place. Our room door is hard to open/close. Another room find it very difficult to lock the door.

I did not stay at this hotel, but they’re really kind that let us go to the beach and we also have lunch here, anyway have to pay for the meal, but if compare with the view, beach, and overall, it’s really worth!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
