        Arrived the hotel midnight and spent 45 mins to locate the hotel entrance. You need to enter via Qliq Hotel. Apparently, the building is a combined services building (Some floors taken by Qliq Hotel, a few by De Elements, a few taken by confinement services, etc.) Managed to call the hotel from Google map and was given a contact to call the PIC directly. He asked us to proceed to L11 to check-in. Weird and creepy check-in procedure as there wasn't any hotel lobby. The corridor at L11 was dirty and dark as the lights were not properly functioning. The room condition generally acceptable but not well maintained either. Carpark is not complimentary so you need to pay if you park inside the building unless you are willing to park outside at your own risk, either roadside or alongside the building. Overall bad experience. It shouldn't call itself a hotel, with this price you can definitely find other better hotels.

        Horrible Experience! so this hotel can be found and booked online with name of 'de elements business hotel damansara'. But the actual building name is 'Qliq Hotel Damansara'. The building itself somehow runs out, dan no more properly maintained. I had to call the contact stated in my online booking confirmation to found out that he building name is 'Qliq Hotel', then the person gave me another contact number to reach out for checking in. So i called the person and asked to come to level 11 for check in. And that level 11 is actually not floor with a reception desk, where the person helping me to check in is actually lives in one of the room in that level 11. The hallway is smelly and dirty, many light bulbs are off which makes the hallway looks dark and creepy. Once i entered the room, i can see from wardrobe to bed to sofa all are not properly maintained, has a lot of stains everywhere. On my 2 nights only i found out that few levels (including level 11) is managed under different management, which i assumed claiming themselves as 'de elements business hotel'. While the rest of the floors are still belonged and managed by 'Qliq Hotel'. That somehow explains why everything is so horrible.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
