        Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 person. Staff was friendly Easy parking Some cons :> 1)the sink in the toilet was clogged 2)wifi was not accessible and tried called operator and couldn't reach 3) only one plug point provided in the room which was not so convenient. 4)the glass provided in the room was dirty and not clean properly.

        The aging facade of the hotel revels signs of wear and tear. The presence of holes and water stains on the ceiling hints at maintenance issues. They are using cellophane tapes with white paper to cover the ceiling water stains issues. You could see the tape whatever stains in the room. Additionally, the toilet lights keep on blinking, bidet leaking issues, flush button not working well... Consideration for renovations or hiring a professional handyman would undoubtedly enhance the hotel and ratings. Having said these, the location of hotel is superb and you can reach most of the famous restaurants or POIs nearby.

        Really bad customer service! We was given 2 card to access our room, when we left our room we left one of the card in the room they are fully aware because we told them to make the room and we told them we leave our laptop and tab also the card is there. We left the room around 10am and when we got back around 11pm+ the room was made but no card was there because the room was dark. We assume the housekeeping took it after cleaning the room. We notice there is no drinking water (we stayed for 2 nights) we told the night staff and told about there is no card and they are fully aware so they gave us another card and the drinks. The next day when we want to check out the morning staff is arguing with us stating that she have checked with the housekeeping that the card was left in the room. But we told them entered the room everything was cleaned no card was there. But she insist to deduct our deposit. We surely think this is not fair because we are not even at the room until 11pm and their housekeeping also said the card was there. All the staff give us was arguments and telling that this will be deduct from her sallary instead. When we insist to talk to her manager and the housekeeping but she just brush us off ! And telling oh now she have bare the lost? Really bad customer service experience !! That 2 nights cost us around RM900 including tax, but the worse customer experience for a card ???!!

        Avoid staying at this hotel at all cost ! Management of this hotel has no respect for customers (for avoidance of doubt, not referring to their working staff as i found them all to be polite). This hotel only give 1 (one) access card when i booked for a room for 2 … lady at the counter said the policy is only to give 1 access card. When I went down to the counter to ask for a bottle water bcos i need to take my medicine, the lady told me that they can only give 1 bottle per person per day. As for toilet paper, it’s 1 roll per room. So better make sure you don’t have diarrhoea if staying here. To cut cost, now there’s no more safe box in the room and there is also no drawers. That’s also to make you don’t feel safe leaving your things eg passports in the room so that you opt not to clean your room when you’re out … Things are also falling apart, the pillows are so substandard and so thin, after 2 nights ended with sore neck. Bed mattress is poor quality, after 2 nights have backache. Had enough after 2 nights, checked out to stay at other hotel even though i paid fully for 3 nights ! Avoid this hotel, don’t let the management continue to think that they can take customers as fools !

        The rooms is clean. Aircond was supercool. Toilet clean. Privacy. Everything was good. The male staff is super friendly. Will be back stay here if visit Ipoh. Keep it up. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

          Booking Policy
