        We stayed for 2 nights in Sept 2023. We had a family style room for 4 adults. The room is clean and includes a mosquito repellant than you can plug into the room wall. Staff is professional and helpful. They provided a variety of dinner recommendations and provide maps of the city. We had breakfast at the hotel. The staff was accommodating to our needs when we requested to have water bottles filled and entry into the dining space a little early due to an early morning tour reservation.

        Cozy Rooms with nice staff. Unfortunatly the Hotel seems to not have aged well. In order to get into my room I had to slam the door open really hard and loud. The reception said that they are changing the looks in the door over time. The toilet flush works not really reliable. I got a few mosquitos and stains on the wall in my room. Breakfast is alright but rather average. If you get a good deal and bring your mosquito spray, it might be a considerable option.

        DO NOT GO THERE!! Horrible service, and certainly not a four stars hotel. They do not respect their guests: they make you feel unwelcome and treat you badly, with such a negative energy and suspicion. Horrible stay and I usually only have great things to say about all of the hotels I ever stayed in. You can find much better and cheaper in Florence, especially if you want the service usually associated with a four stars hotel.

        Nice hotel with friendly staffs. The location is great. You can walk to the attractions nearby. I booked a triple room that room size is great and it got a nice terrace with the famous dome view. Breakfast is good as well. The front desk is the best. He said hi every time.
