arrived at 1am midnight due to unforseen traffic jam, receptionist happily to assist us during my check in. room is small yet cozy, good enough for its price tag, surprisingly the toilet is so spacious and neat. for muslim, bit tricky to perform prayer. overall everything is good, room smell nice, toilet neat and clean, mattress, pillow and duvet is new and comfy. kettle and iron is provided outside of the room

Made a last minute decision to stay a night near Bukit Jalil area. And found this hotel 10 mins awat from my event venue. I booked a twin room for less than RM100, I get clean room and sheets, clean toilet with rain shower!! I had a good sleep the pillows are comfy. There are lots of foot eateries nearby the hotel too. The only downside is hard to get a parking spot.

The hotel appeared to be brand new and all the fixtures were shiny and the rooms were squeaky clean. The hotel is at a very convenient spot. Lots of eateries around and mainly less than 2 kms away from Bukit Jalil, which is where the concert we were attending was held( 7RM for cab). The staff was very polite and kind . Don't remember seeing a lift, we did take the stairs however the hotel itself has only 2 floors so don't see it to be a challenge. There was no window in the room, however room was quite spacious so my friend and I didn't feel claustrophobic.

Went there for my friends Bday Function recently. The food , The Room setting and Service was Great . Only complaint was the DJ who did not know how to DJ at all, But I don't think the DJ was part of the service, (most probably privately hired). Other than that, the sound system in the room is a little bit old. Sounds great , but being a person who really enjoys their music and invest in latest speaker technology, I didint Really like it . I would give it a solid 8/10

The hotel is Clean and comfort. The price is just nice 👍 room not so small not so big. As muslim still can perform prayer as there are still have space 👍 Toilet also clean. They also provide iron board outside room (sharing) and water refill. The layout of the hotel also nice. Thank you. Will come again if stay in Bukit jalil

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
