After having stayed several times. I can say that it is a nice hotel which is good value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generally good; just the coffee taste needs to be improved. And It's a shame that the atmosphere at breakfast is noisy because of some Asian tourists who talk very loudly to each other or on the phone. And some let their child play loudly on the game console. Despite this, I am still happy to stay in this hotel.

hotel is not like photos/ marketing unfortunately, rooms were not very clean with lots of long hairs around including flies in shower. our room was extremely noises, thin windows and walls allowed lots of noise from other rooms, there is construction outside that starts early and noisy traffic on street. good location and price of hotel with lots of food and 7 elevens around. good metro access near by. staff were friendly and tried to help although 300 bhat deposit for an additional to the one key was required. roof top bar was nice but different pool fittings to photos, bar closed at 9pm.

The hotel has its own unique look which was nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good. The bathroom layout is a bit strange, when the door is open it almost divides the bathroom in two halves. Had someone in the next room walk in at 2am banging around, although this wasn’t the hotels fault the walls seemed very thin.

The best thing about this hotel was the lobby. They say hi to you and open the doors for you. Besides that the rooms smell like sewage. The smell is just terrible. On floor 7 they leave the housekeeping laundry baskets in the corridors. The shower has very low water pressure and doesn’t get hot. I’m pretty sure they just refill the drinking water bottles and they’re not fresh ones. After such an amazing time in Thailand this hotel let me down. Before booking TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY- I wish I did.

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our Thailand trip, and it really set the tone. It was super clean, and the staff were very nice. The rooftop pool was great, especially with a good drink during happy hour. The area itself isn't all too tourist-y, and there are some good local cheap markets nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
