Spent a night at the hotel. It's a simple hotel, but the room we stayed in was clean, the Aircon was cold, and the was good water pressure. There is a drinking water dispenser and also 2 bottles of water in the room. Reception guy was really friendly and helpful.

Worth staying for what you pay. The receptionist is friendly. It will be great if tooth brush kits is provided. The sound proofing of the room is not good. I can still heard the next door mobile phone vibrating and ringing.

Good budget hotel for stay up few days here in PJ.. got queen size hotel for family package for rate around 70++.. Room quite good and comfortable.. big and can fit around 3-4 for people.. not sure if can have extra bed.. havent ask the receptionist.. I stay up here for 6 day 5 night for work training at safeguards HQ.. usually new staff will be given this hotel to stay during training.. 9 minutes away from training places.. Becareful not to confuse with another location due to this hotel have another branch here in PJ area.. For this place quite good have few malay and mamak restaurant to fill in your stomach.. near the hotel.. also near with gym.. same block with the hotel for gym lover like me.. Room service quite good they will change used towel and cleaning the room each day.. each room will got 2 towels and can have more upon requested.. Each level have water dispenser to fill in water.. hot and cold water ready for you! Recommended to stay for budget people.. rate as mention above🔥.. try grab using agoda apps for more discount.. 👍 Overall rating from me 4/5 for budget @ 2star hotel 💯

Location : Quite strategic, hawker centre nearby, KFC, McD, pharmacy, shops etc are nearby (walking distance) Cleanliness : Good (except for the towel that I used, had a tiny hair on it) Facilities & others : 1. Water dispenser, hot or cold water available, except for the hot water wasn't available when I want to take it. 2. Sockets in room 9003 (2 queen-size beds), only has 2 sockets and they are at the corner of the room, which is far away from bed, inconvenient if you wanna use it while charging. 3. Room key card only give 1 piece, where we have 4 persons stay at room 9003. Very inconvenient if any of us wanna go out while others wanna sleep. 4. Front desk people are not friendly at all, not even smile when see us approached to the front desk. 5. "Free" karaoke session from nearby, which is noisy and quite disgusting. 6. Slippers, towels, toilet paper, body shampoo, hanger are provided.

Expediate check in. But thats all I can think of. And mostly available and cheap. Owh, the water pressure is strong so that's a plus. You can hear someone in the next room if they turned on the faucet. And the room reeked of cigarettes smoke. Don't know where that come from. Situated next to the main road, a plus for that easier access, a minus because at night you can still hear the traffic. The bed frame is squeaky, each turn makes a noise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
