Horrible, horrible you have been warned. Pictures on website are not what you get in reality. Very damp mouldy bathroom, cracked tiles, dusty Aircon, no windows. No lifts. Dark corridors . Sink waste pipe was leaking..imagine all the dirty water dripping on you while you are brushing/washing. You complain but the people just say 'its like that'. Service not up to basic standard and no refunds.

Value for money. Best location but not the best nest. Still like it here due to their super friendly and helpful front desk, oh its 24/7, came down during midnight to borrow the hairdryer. Able to store my luggage here after checking out. And late checkup up to 1 hour(please dont abuse it) before charging. Highly recommended if you want a safe and budget stay.

This is not a 5 star or 3 star hotel but to me, the location is unbeatable. The rooms are quite basic but the hot showers are strong and the bed is firm and the room is clean. Free flow of drinking water from the water dispensers available on each floor. Now the location is perfect for me. Surrounded by a few banks, this hotel is minutes walk to ss2 durian and there are food options every where you turn. Every morning, there is a morning market right outside the hotel and there's a weekly night market on Mondays. Food around here is catered for locals so the price is very afforable. Ever since I found this hotel, it has been my go-to hotel for every visit to or transit in KL.

Stayed in hotel for few days. It's location nearby with lots of shops and foods stalls and a small park. There's a night market every Monday. Lots of yummy foods just in front of the hotel car parks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
