        The hotel is in a great location! It is withing a 15 to 20 minute walk to main plazas or attractions, with plenty of restaurants, stores and supermarkets near by! Check in was a but slow, since there was a big family before us and they were just a bottleneck. It took a while doe the reception staff to acknowledge us and finally we got checked in. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, with modern decor and a large bathroom. You get a hydrsting face mask with your bathroom toiletries and your own slippers! A plus when you come from a long flight or tired! We had a high floor room with a balcony and the view was awesome! Breakfast is extra but it is super convenient with quality items, made to order eggs (from a list they provide), cheese, fruit, pastries and delicious coffee! The restaurant is on the top of the building, so you get to see the awesome view! Jorge was super nice, friendly, attentive and was happy to answer any questions we had. The staff was attentive as well. The only con - the security staff needs to be less rude and more attentive, when guests ask a question. All of the ones we encountered clearly did not want to be at work and just had a negative attitude. Something the hotel needs to check out. Overall, it was a great stay!

        Tltr, the hotel is overpriced and three stars should be a more appropriate rating. Excellent location, but service can be improved. The best thing about this hotel is the location and wonderful terrace bar’s view, especially at sunset. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, some of the appliances are quite noisy though, like the fridge and some random bangs during the night. The toilet was right behind the door, that’s such a weird choice. Also, it’s disappointing to see they’re using the same product for shampoo and body wash, these are the details a four star hotel should take care of. Also, the shampoo/body wash smell was quite peculiar, and I had to buy my own products because of it. We were offered a room upgrade when we checked in, which is a nice gesture, but I felt the receptionist ( I think her name was Bea) made it sound like a bribe to ensure this review was positive. So I want to talk about the service, because although the receptionists were professional and smiley, the other members of staff were quite miserable, especially the woman serving at the rooftop bar on Saturday evening. I think customer service is the most important aspect of an experience in hospitality, I would suggest making sure every member of staff understands how important their attitude is towards their guests. I am not in any way suggesting someone must be happy at all times, but I find quite unprofessional when a member of staff pulls faces when serving paying customers.

        Brilliant hotel right in the centre of Madrid. Well run, warm, beautiful decorated. The suite was very pleasant, comfy bed, practically no disturbance from the busy street below, fabulous views. Excellent amenities with a bottle of wine, coffee and tea. Good shelves for spreading out clothes and belongings and avoiding the usual hotel clutter. The staff were impeccable. We were checked in by Paula and out by Beatriz. Both were kind and helpful. They gave us brilliant recommendations for what to do and see nearby. Will definitely return. Thank you!

        Location is great, the hotel is the middle of the centre Rooms are big with modern furniture. The breakfast restaurant is at the rooftop so you can have a great view on the city while having your breakfast. Also we were lucky the Jorge served us he was so friendly and helpful.

        What a wonderful Hotel. Located centrally to everything and everywhere you would want to visit during a stay in Madrid. We stayed for 3 nights. The reception team were polite, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. With special mention to Esther. Our rooms were refreshed to a very high standard daily, and the bathroom products available were excellent. And the views from the 14th floor … just beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone needing a central location . Thank you Dear Hotel …
