My wife and I stayed 4 nights last week. We loved everything about this place. The staff was amazing—very helpful and extremely courteous. The breakfasts, delivered to our room each morning, were wonderful. And it’s in a sensational location with plenty of shops and nice restaurants nearby. If we return to Lisbon, that’s where I’m staying again.

Beautiful guest house in Lisbon. Great, central location near shopping, restaurants, and the train station. There's no breakfast buffet so you have to schedule with the front staff and they bring in a fantastic selection of hot and cold breakfast items room-service style. Super friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

We had amazing experience staying in this hotel in Lisbon. Service is great, teams are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable with air conditioning. The location is great close to everything in city center, but a bit noisy being in the center. Breakfast is great, tasty and fresh delivered to your room.

This place is definitely for its views. Room is spacious and watching the city of Lisbon and Tagus from the room is super luxurious. Breakfast is taken in your room so it is romantic as well (LoL) It is a small hotel which used to bea villa, with 9 rooms but not all rooms face to the view so be careful when you book. It is very comfortable and in such a great location, staff (thank you, Miguel!) Are friendly. Only reason I gave one star less to the room is that the room looks tired. Carpet has many stains and bathroom needs a bit of touch. Staff starts working at seven and talk in corridor, which woke us up several times. But overall wonderful stay.

Omg! What can I say. We just stayed and what a beautiful hotel. From staff to the breakfast in your room experience! Special touches and the staff Maria couldn't have been more helpful! Rooms very spacious and truly beautiful overlooking the city and castle! We had room #8. You won't be disappointed. There are stairs to climb so keep that in mind. You will love it. Thanks so very much to Maria and the whole staff! ❤

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
