We loved staying at this boutique villa hotel. They have super friendly and welcoming staff. Free breakfast included and bicycle bike rentals (first come first serve). The pool and spacious rooms are well maintained with patios. On a quiet residential street tucked away from the noisy city. A quaint family run convenience store with lovely grandparents is a few doors down to the right of the hotel - which makes it easy to purchase some essential snacks. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! They can also help arrange for tours or and transfer / rides to the airport PS thank you to the front receptionist Thuy for making our stay so amazing!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The staff was super courteous especially the owner Ginny Thanh and also Linh. Their inhouse hotel was shut in 2022 when we visited. The location is a little out of the city Centre however Hoi an was flooded and thankfully because we were out we didn’t have to move. You can also rent bikes from them at a reasonable rate. And also book your buses to Da Nang from them. Would 10/10 recommend everyone to stay here.

It’s a bit further from all the attractions but very peaceful and you get to see the local area. Breakfast is quite simple, you order the night before but then the price is appropriate as well. Ladies at the reception were lovely and helpful. A great place if you are in Hanoi for work and you don’t necessarily need to stay in the old town or by the beach.

The best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The pool was great after a hot day visiting. The breakfast was great. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and very nice. They recommended a lot of places to go and the recommendations were very good.

Very nice hotel near the old town of Hoi An: + friendliest staff you can imagine + nice pool (cold) + good breakfast (small buffet) + big clean room + bicycles for free + motor scooter for 150.000 dong per day + help if you need anything (haircut etc) - sink had a little leaking - water didnt drain from shower after the first day

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
