Nilay was my reservation manager. My stay was 7 days, it is the first time I visited Istanbul and I consider that this hotel was the best option. The people at the hotel are very friendly and always attentive to my needs. My room was always very clean and above all comfortable. The food was very good. The only thing I have to say that needs to improve is the internet signal that failed me every time.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Metro Station and close to coffee shops & restaurants. From our first experience at check-in, the service has been friendly & welcoming. There is a good spread of options at breakfast catering for everyone, and the food was very good.

The best ! If you are coming from the U.S. and you have to stay here for Atlantic dentistry or whatever clinic that works with them PLEASE COME HERE ! The prices are amazing the rooms may be a lil outdated but the service and everything is outstanding ! I love how the staff will try to help you with anything you have a problem with like it’s their Buisness lol they want you to be as comfortable as possible the food is pretty good the prices are good they also serve good wine ! And they will talk you down into trying turkish tea and coffee and now I’m hooked lol the complimentary breakfast is top tier ! I will reccomend to any and everyone ! The mall is about 5 minutes away it’s about 1-3 us bucks and they will get your taxi for you which is literally only a 5 min or less wait even the cleaning ladies are nice funny and have a great attitude and will make you feel like you’re home ! Best hotel for tourist I will definitely be back heck I can’t wait to come back just to stay here again lol 😂

They are definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best. The rooms are very outdated, with 1970s decor and hardly any modern conveniences. This hotel is used by doctors for the patients that are traveling for some cosmetic procedures. Not meant for families. Not much to do around the property. The elevators are very small and there's only two of them serving the entire hotel. The breakfast however is very good. The staff are very helpful as well.

Samet From mini bar service This hotel has been a great stay for my family and I. The service has been top-notch and staff is very courteous. The rooms are very clean and modern, with all the amenities you'd expect from a top-rated hotel. The breakfast buffet was especially delicious, with a wide selection of items that were fresh and tasty. The staff was kind enough to accommodate our special dietary requests, so that everyone could enjoy the meal. We have used the hotel's business center several times while here and they had plenty of computers and printers and great internet connection. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in directing us to take good care of our needs. The hotel also offers a fitness center with lots of equipment, which was great for getting quality exercise during our stay. We were able to cool down after a day of exploring the city with the outdoor pool, which was refreshing. We have had an overall great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel is sure to make your stay enjoyable and more convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
