        Central location with walking distance to major attractions, plenty of restaurant options and supermarket nearby, on a busy street yet quiet at night. That’s basically what and all you are paying for. Very outdated facilities, lack of maintenance, small room and tiny bathroom, shabby closet (storage space with loose shelf and no door), tricky toilet flush, far away socket, shared fridge in the corridor and steep stairs. Overall, with no comfort, not to mention aesthetic pleasure (in such an inspiring renaissance capital). In fact, the pics looked much better than the real thing. This is a hostel, not a 3-star hotel. During our holiday in Italy, among all five hotels (with similar location value and price range) we’ve stayed, this one is exceptionally disappointing. Over-priced and over-promoted. Definitely will not go back, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

        perfect location!! we were right in the heart of Florence and it made everything so convenient! it definitely has spoilt us as now we are not used to travelling half an hour to get to the city centre in our next place. Will definitely recommend this place in the future! The staff were super helpful and lovely too :)

        Clean and comfy. Very well located. Staff was okay. I appreciate them having touristic maps and info inside the hotel for the guests. We also got a complementary coffee. Is a good place if you don’t want to spend money. What you see is what you get.

        Best location to visit touristic points. The place is quiet and relatively clean. There is a shared balcony and we bought something outside and ate there. Their receptionist was nice and friendly. If we have chance to visit Florence again, we would like to stay there again. Recommended!!

        Dei Mori was indicated to me by a friend who came several times. I trusted her advice at once and was not disappointed. Danny and Rico are so nice and know how to host their guests. Their advice on restaurants, places to go, how, when, their concern on organic food, etc make the stay very friendly and comfortable. As there are few rooms, we feel at home and it IS a home. Even guests are nice :-) As to the location, it's just perfect for the major sights, even though Firenze is not a big city and nothing is really far. I really recommend Dei Mori. Laurent

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
