Deja Vu House is not to be missed while in Ha Long! It is located in a more residential area so you won't have the tourist-y vibes. The rooms are super super clean and the beds are incredibly comfy! We only wish he could have stayed longer. The front desk staff helped us organize a day cruise through Ha Long, as well as a night transfer to Ninh Binh. They went above and beyond to make our stay special! The breakfast was also exceptional and featured local specialties with fresh seafood. Would highly recommend for couples or solo travelers! Thank you for having us 🩷

I had a very positive experience with the accommodation. The hotel is very nice, the neighborhood is very beautiful and all the hotel staff are very friendly - especially Ha and Amy who, since my first second at the hotel were very supportive and always in a very caring way. The room is clean and cozy, and the restaurant offers good options. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. In fact, the hotel is not in the most touristy area, but I personally found it very easy to get around the city and I liked staying in a quieter area (there are several cafés, restaurants and mini markets around the hotel).

Pros - Good Room size. The tub is great, though it is on a balcony like space, so people can look in through the gaps on certain angles. Nice rooftop space, if its available. The staff were visibly trying their best to communicate and provide a good service. The included breakfast was delicious. There is a WinMart nearby. Cons - The location of the hotel is very secluded. It is in a newly built part of Ha Long (the area can't be more than 10 years old), but there are no restaurants / nothing to do around. We ended up eating Pizzas at the hotel as we couldn't even get KFC to deliver through Grab. There was a private function on the roof of the hotel. This meant kids were running up and down the stairs the entire evening till about 10:30 pm. The hotel should have informed us about this before we got there. Outside the hotel's control, one street over there was some sort of a function, which played music till 10 pm at night, and started again at 6am. We could clearly hear this in the room. The shower head was broken in our bathroom (room 203). The bathroom tiles are also aged and paint stained.

Dejavu house is funky and cool. The decor has been well thought out, rooms, restaurant, and food are well done, comfortable, and delicious. The manager Ha is wonderful! He made us feel very welcome and is extremely helpful and accomodating. I highly recommend this place to stay and hang out.

We love Deja Vu! Beautiful and peaceful place with kind people an delicious food! They have the best pasta in Vietnam! The room was very clean, modern and cozy design and extremely comfortable bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
