We had a great experience at DeLaSol. We arrived very early on a cold December morning. We couldn't check-in until later so the staff helped us store our bags and arrange a breakfast for us. When we got the room it was beautiful. Large and spacious with an incredible view of the mountains. Throughout our stay we needed advice from the desk and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The location was amongst some very nice bars and restaurants and was in easy walking distance of the main street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked the premier mountain view with balcony room for two nights and as the room speaks for itself, it did not disappoint! Great mountain view and fresh mountain breeze anytime of the day. The room was clean and all its facilities were maintained well. The location was within walking distance to eateries, marts and train station (very beautiful in the evening). The counter staff (Ms Hoa) was very helpful in advising us and the manager (Mr Tu) was very accommodating. They knew that our transport was coming late thus provided us with late check out! We will certainly come back for more!

Nice hotel, good morning breakfast, clean rooms but very noisy. Our (drunk) Russian neighbours reacted very aggressively when we asked them to keep the noise down a bit as it was very late. They kept knocking on the wall and our door until the early morning. It was quite a scary experience and we decided we would look for a new hotel, but the hotel staff offered us a more luxurious room when we complained the next day. We were happy with that solution. Our new room had a balcony with a view of the mountains, but it was shrouded in clouds.

A really nice hotel in an excellent location. Service was flawless, especially at breakfast time. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and a good selection of cold and warm beverages. Me and my partner had a good sleep every night. The centre was a 5 minute walk away. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is the noise from the roadworks outside. I know this is totally out of the hotels hands, but the lack of soundproofing in the bedroom window becomes apparent. The window did not seal correctly so it was always ever so slightly open. The outside door located outside our room also did not close properly which made the noise from the drilling outside tiresome. Once the roadworks have been completed, it will be a 5/5 hotel. We would definitely stay again.

awesome hotel. well priced for Sa Pa, constant hot water for the shower (a positive in Vietnam). great variety for breakfast, clean & comfortable rooms. awesome views when the clouds aren’t around

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
