A very unexpected and disappointing experience with this hotel. Our arrival was delayed by one day as the ferry had to postpone the ride due to bad weather condition. The management of the hotel was aware of this in avance. Nevertheless, the manager didn't make the slightest effort for at least a partial refund, claiming that our travel agency made this as a non-refundable booking. Also, be aware of which room you book, window with seaview may implies that you have to bend down inconveniently to view some bit of the sea. Moreover, the reason why the transfer service is charged more in November than in high season remains the tenant's secret. The high rating of this hotel was misleading and is in stark contrast with the service we have received.

To be honest we weren't such big fans of this place. Location: it's located in Fira, where it's full of restaurants and bars and it's nice to walk around. However there is no access to the sea and the hotel has NO outdoor pool, which makes it hard to stay in the hotel and relax during the day. They have an indoor pool but it's quite small and seems a bit random, you have to go down some steep stairs and enter a room and there's a mini pool there. You have to get a taxi to go anywhere near water. Do consider this in the summer. Rooms: rooms are nice, spacious bed, view of the Caldera. Service: nobody made our beds or cleaned the room. They only changed the towels everyday, which was unasked for. In general there was just a lack of care. Breakfast: not spectacular. Quite basic, to be honest. Generally in buffet breakfasts they offer to make you cappuccino or any other type of beverage, but nobody offered anything. Good place to stay the night and have a good view, but next time I'd choose a place with an outdoor pool and maybe better service.

A Fairy Tale stay at Santorini. A perfect location, having uninterrupted view of the sea. Although there are few more hotels between this hotel and the sea but the town is located on a hill, hotels are situated at different levels and the view from any sea view hotel is not interrupted. In Santorini, you need to walk to your hotels on steps leading to your hotel as Taxi transport is not allowed to reach near most of the hotels. However the hotel was not very far off from the taxi drop point and the hotel staff reach up to the taxi to take your luggage down. Nearly each room has its own balcony and a central terrace to enjoy good buffet breakfast with sea view. Rooms are very spacious, comfy beds with suitable sitting arrangement in the room. Cleanliness level was good. Excellent free WiFi. Hot water in taps all the time. The hotel is located right near the most wide road of the shopping area having many restaurants and shopping places. Bus stand and Taxi stand are at a comfortable walking distance. Everyone told me to stay at OIA in Santorini but I opted to stay at this hotel in FIRA. I opted to stay at FIRA because i wanted to stay near the transport and activity hub and I give myself 100 percent marks for my decision. OIA is marketing itself to claim as the best place to witness the most beautiful sunset in the sea. However I studied the layout of the Island very carefully before make choice of the hotel in Santorini. Santorini Island is a moon shaped Island with FIRA in the center and OIA at one tip of the Island. Both these placed are looking at the same spot in the sea and the same sunset view. Hence I enjoyed the most beautiful sunset of Santorini from the baloney of my room at this hotel. You will find very good ice cream, food places, restaurants, shopping places and night life all nearby. But dont underestimate the beautiful morning view from the hotel Terrace. Disliked · The money safe in my room to place valuables was out of order. I understand that the hotel is on a cliff and there are deferent levels in the hotel but I never expected to have bathroom a step down. This can lead to some unexpected injury at night while going to bathroom. I suggest that

This was an amazing experience! The rooms were nice and the staff ensured we enjoyed our time. We had a room with a private balcony with a great view of the caldera. The breakfast was good and one more we overslept and they brought down the breakfast to our room for us to enjoy on our terrace. They gave great recommendations on food and things do while we there and even brought us a bottle of wine on the house! Would 100% stay again! Love them! Also there was a bar right across from us who would bring us drinks right to our door! 10 out of 10!

Awesome family run hotel in the heart of Fira - we couldn’t have been happier. Donna and her family were very accommodating. The breakfast is freshly prepared, authentic Greek, and very tasty. Cocktails on the rooftop terrace at sunset are a MUST - my wife loved the aperol spritz - it was the best (and prettiest) she had on our trip. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with amazing Caldera Views. We also watched the sunset through our window. Even though we were in the heart of the city, it was quiet enough to sleep well. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants as well as the port.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
