A very nice and modern hotel, the room was spacious and had all I needed for a 5 day stay. Breakfast was good and service was nice and friendly. It is in a very good location, near to the Centre, train station and market. I will visit again.

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. It seems like it is a family business. All staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t rich but quite enough and tasty. I highly recommend this place to stay

Good location, quiet street close to city centre but also to the main train station. Service from the owner was good, very helpful and went the extra mile even for a client that stayed one night. Room spacious enough with good wi-fi, modern bathroom and really spacious shower. Definitely an option if I return to Florence. Forgot to take photos but take my word for it.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are clean and everything is automated so it's very convenient. The breakfast was good and the owner was super friendly and helpful. It's close to city center and near the market and also there is a bus station just a few meters from the hotel. Definitely value for money, i would choose it again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean & bright. Plenty of choice for breakfast & staff are very helpful. All the sights of Florence are in walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
