        We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got in earlier than we thought, and they let us leave our luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. Perfect for our one night stay. I would highly recommend. We were close to the train station and within walking distance of the places we wanted to tour. We had a good night's rest. Thank you for your hospitality.

        Very basic rooms, shower rooms positively dangerous with slippery tiled floors. Corridor floors uneven with steps . Breakfast disappointing, mouldy bread on display one morning! Only good points: very friendly and welcoming staff and location in center of city

        The hotel is small in the reception and hallways, but with a big breakfast/resturant area. The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly, and is helpful with most tasks. Unfortunately the rooms are very decayed and has a lack of comfort due to its state. Wanted to wear shoes inside the hotelroom. A refurbishment would really come in hand! The location could almost not be better. Situated close to all the main resturant and bar streets, and a comfortable walk to the trainstation. Would really recommend a visit here if the quality and state of rooms are upgraded.

        Booked a last min trip and they managed to get us a room on the same day we arrived for a good price. Service was next to none. Hotel is what it is! Does the job perfectly

        Rooms were very small considering the price point In the market. Location was great, very central with everything In walking distance Our door knob fell off as we walked into our room and the room had no aircon with just a little fan on the table. Place may be fine in winter but would avoid at all costs in the summer.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
