We enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels. If you are staying whilst visiting Edinburgh as we were, be aware that the town centre is about 4 miles away but there are plenty of Ubers available and it was relatively cheap to travel in. The food was really good (although the bar prices seemed ridiculously high). If you want breakfast, book it as part of your initial booking otherwise it works out more expensive, as we found. All in all, it was a nice, clean hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and rooms were really comfy.

Breakfast buffet is my favorite part about this hotel. 10/10 for breakfast on Saturday - Sunday but on Monday they switched from fried eggs to boiled so 9/10. You can still request it but the chef can be in the back so it's not convenient. Very nice hotel overall. 30 min bus/tram to city center or 2 hour walk. Cheaper than staying in city center so it's worth it for me and I like the journey of getting to the attractions. 4 stars is definitely too low for this hotel. I'm staying at a different one rated 4 stars now and it's much worse than this one. I think people just have higher expectations here. For sure this is 5 stars quality. Staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thanks.

The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with lovely rooms and well-equipped en suite facilities. The standout feature was the fantastic parking, offering both convenience and peace of mind. The hotel's bar had a diverse selection. The breakfast buffet was a true delight, offering a fantastic array of choices, from traditional fry-ups to wholesome options like granola and a variety of fruits. Special mention for the staff, who were helpful and polite It's important to note that, while the hotel is exceptional, the entrance from the main road may be a potential inconvenience, especially for those not accustomed to city driving. However, this is not the hotel's fault and doesn't detract from the overall positive experience within the hotel premises.

Stayed here for 1 night- Room only Great big comfy bed, fantastic facilities on offer Gym, swimming pool. Car park is £8 for 24hr please check in at reception ipad. E.V chargers available. Staff all friendly Bus stop for local amenities across road great for heading to city centre. Would definitely return .

Nice place to stay. Good quality rooms. Amazing breakfast! Lots of choices and kinds of food! Rooms clean and well maintained and although hotel being on a main road it is quiet inside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
