        The staff are all genuinely friendly. Every single I stepped out wanting to practice walking independently staff would offer to help push me in the wheelchair. When they did push me around they will end the journey without hanging around awkwardly as if waiting for a tip. This is not to say tipping will not be unwelcome. I actually did without feeling any pressure to do so. The hotel itself is as you would expect, incredibly neat, gorgeous and has nice calming views. It is a modern hotel so the window can not be opened but the view from anywhere in room of that part of Istanbul makes up for this. The breakfast buffet cant get praised enough. Money well spent. It is also located in a quiet part of the city even though it is easy commute to all popular sites.

        Check in was awful. We turned up and waited for 30 minutes before we were spoken to. The room was clean and spacious. The cleaner was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not really good. Very little choice. We ordered room service in the evening and regretted it. I had a chicken burger which was cremated. We asked for a late check out and was granted it for free which was the best thing about the hotel.

        I am a Bonvoy member and I love staying at Marriott hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel is not like a hotel, it is like a student dormitory. They made it look like a hotel by making plasterboard partitions between the rooms. The slightest sound in the rooms also reaches other rooms. I couldn’t sleep all night listening to people talking in the next room.

        I was there last week and the staff, food, and rooms were great. The rooms and amenities were wonderful. Especially my room 2 bedroom suits with a kitchen, it is a great idea if you want to stay more than 3 days because you feel yourself at home.

        Alright, they didnt upgrade my room as platinum member. All of their staff need to improve how they work and greeting people. I choose not to comeback, but this hotel is good option if you need a simple hospitality. otherwise, the room was GREAT

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
