        Room was clean for the most part. Some stuff left on the carpet but no biggie sheets and bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower/tub did not drain properly. Other than that the room was okay. The workers were nice. The breakfast was good at the restaurant. You CAN make coffee you just have to use the coffee ground bag as the holder in the machine. Hotel is far from things. A bit desolate. About 30 min to get to the center of PA city but about 40 min with traffic depending on the time of day. No other huge complaints as long as the bed and the sheets were clean, I can lay my head down and be good thank God.

        Address is wrong went to a business park. Check in friendly wanted email address. Informed there was a 25$ parking fee. Was not told how much the deposit was nor did it show on screen. Rooms big little things not cleaned and checked. Plenty of plugs for electronics. Bed was comfy. Went to bar sat there 10 minutes left since waitress never came over to take drink or food order. Nice hotel but the parking lot is very dark.

        Marriott needs to reevaluate this hotel for the name under “Marriott”. I stayed there for 4 days. The front desk staffs need to retrain to find a better solution for the guest instead of saying “I can’t do anything”. I requested for the room to get clean, they didn’t do it. The room didn’t have hair dryer, when I requested they brought me iron and I requested again they ignored it. I had to request it four times and finally they gave me one before the front desk person had to get it from one of the room. The ventilation cover inside the room is broken so left a big hole open by the wall. The room I stayed is 325 so the management can check and fix it. This is the worst Marriott hotel experience. And I’m Bonvoy Marriott member so this is unacceptable.

        If I could give this hotel ZERO STARS!!! I would!!! Steer clear clear of this place. I came here on Christmas Day 12/25/2023 with my mom for the holy convocation. The front desk worker Nicole was FANTASTIC!! SHE gets a 10/10. When we first arrived and went to our rooms the beds didn’t look maid up and shower was kind of dirty. We let front desk know about the beds and that we found hair and they said housekeeping was off because it was Christmas. Understandable, I said if you give me the sheets, covers, and pillows I’ll make the bed myself. fast forward 6 hours later we’re getting ready to sleep and the air isn’t working. We let front desk know and they moved us to the room next door. That room was no better. My mom had a bed and I had a bed. I NEVER sleep under the covers because I always feel like they aren’t clean enough. Fast forward 2 days letter I notice house keeping hasn’t cleaned our room. We let front desk know and the guy said ok I’ll be sure to send them up to your room. That was at 9am. He go to breakfast and come back 3 hours later. Room still not done. We let house front desk know as we are leaving to go back out. They guy said oh I’m so sorry we sent them to the wrong room I’ll be sure to send them back up. Few hours later we return and room still not done!! We called down and house keeping answered and said we need to schedule 24 hours in advance that’s their rule. I hang up and plop on the bed. My mom says my sheet was coming off the mattress. It wasn’t a fitted sheet. I pull back the blankets for the first time to fix it. Mind you I haven’t slept under the covers in TWO DAYS!! I pull back the covers AND FOUND PERIOD BLOOD ON MY SHEETS!!! We let management know and he brushed it off and said house keeping will come tomorrow you’re supposed to book 24 hours in advance. WHY DO I NEED TO BOOK HOUSE KEEPING?! THATS THEIR JOB TO CLEAN ROOMS EVERY DAY!! THIS BLOODY SHEETS HAVE BEEN LIKE THIS SINCE WE GOT IN THAT ROOM BUT DIDNT SEE IT UNTIL THE SHEETS POPPED OFF. Then they sent the janitor to come change our covers and sheets. He pulls everything off only to reveal a HUGE PEE STAIN ON THE MATTRESS!!!!. We went downstairs and asked for a FULL REFUND!! They said NO we will comp your FIRST NIGHT since you had a change rooms but that’s it. AFTER I SHOWED YOU THE BLOOD A PEE YOURE ONLY COMPING ONE ROOM??!! I don’t think so! I called headquarters and told them what happened and they were disgusted and apologized profusely Because we are loyal Marriot customers for YEARS!!! They refunded us ALL OF OUR MONEY!! And front desk must have got chewed out because they called us asking if we wanted a new room and apologizing. We left and found a better hotel which was a 10/10 experience. Pat the manager didn’t want to give us a refund until my mom brought up her cancer and he only refunded us I believe so we would keep our mouths shut and not sue them!! CHECK YOU BEDS BEFORE SOMEONE CATCHES AN Uncurable disease!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

        I stayed here recently from Nov 21 to Nov 24. I will not be staying here again. I will begin with the positive because there was some positive. The location is solid, close to the airport and a quick jump on the highway to get most places. Also the staff was polite and respectful I appreciate that. Now the negative. There was extreme miscommunication between staff and management. That miscommunication led to very little being done. The rooms were not clean as thoroughly as one would like (dirty tub, dirt built up on floor boards, surfaces dusty) I asked for cleaning service and was told that you have to request cleaning a day in advance and be put on a list. I requested to be put on the list for the following day and was told the following day that they were not conducting cleaning services that day. It was only after long back and forth with management that cleaning services came. It was frustrating to say the least and i was just there to relax. This hotel is now on my DO NOT RETURN list.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
