        So many things to say here. Lets start with the list of good, as it's much shorter. Good: Location Recently remodeled Bad: Restaurant closed Bar closed No breakfast No concierge lounge Key programming issues on multiple occasions No hot water in shower, even though sink had hot water (many rooms reported the same). Repeatedly told the front desk with no resolution. Ice machines only on even floors. But…..several floors didn’t work. The worst part, a guest in our group had their car stolen from the parking lot overnight. The first thing you notice is many signs saying parking lot is under video surveillance. Police were called to make a report. The person at the front desk didn't know if there was video and said he didn't know how to operate the system. Do better.

From the moment I entered my room, I was struck by its brand-new condition and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner: the gym was equipped with complimentary earbuds and wet towels, a thoughtful touch for fitness enthusiasts. In the washroom, paper cups replaced traditional glasses, enhancing hygiene standards. A delightful welcome awaited me with a fruit platter and an umbrella, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. However, the highlight of my stay was the access to the complimentary pantry. As a seasoned traveler who has visited numerous high-end hotel lounges, including Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, W, and Sheraton, I can confidently say that this pantry surpassed them all. Its diverse range of snacks and beverages gave the impression of a mini deli store, adding a unique charm to the hotel. As a Platinum member who has stayed over 50 nights in hotels this year, I can assert that this Delta hotel stands out as the best. It's important to note that the current online ratings do not do justice to this hotel, as they reflect the standards of a previous establishment that no longer exists. Delta has impressively renovated this property both inside and out. I do have a couple of suggestions for further improvement. It would be beneficial to have a sign near the thermostat indicating that it controls only the bedroom temperature, not the living room. Additionally, providing cotton swabs in the room would be a welcome addition. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff for their friendly and professional hospitality. Their efforts made my stay feel like a home away from home. The Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Markham is truly a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience.

        Raced back to get room service before it closes…… says it closes on their menu AT 11pm. I just tried to order at 10:26 and they said they just closed. Why the heck does it say 11pm! Called front desk and they said ‘ohhhhhh we are sorry, don’t know why they closed early’. Moral of the story, don’t trust this hotel if you are hungry!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
