        I stayed in this hotel for three days in October 2022. I arrived very late on a Friday night (actually Saturday morning), and was greeted by an extremely welcoming concierge, who took the time to ask if I'd been to the hotel before (I hadn't), and then gave me a brief run down of the amenities. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed (it had both an electric kettle and a bidet!), and I was able to settle in right away. My every arrival to the hotel was greeted with a welcome by staff. I was in town for a Canucks game and a tour of the city, and the hotel was located close enough to everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

        Shout out to Eileen for a Smooth & Informative Check in. She made the start of our stay very welcoming and enjoyable! My friends and I appreciated the way she communicated with us and we loved her positive attitude. We were assigned a very nice room with a good view as well. The rooms are clean and even though the TV Netflix did not work right away they sent someone to fix it so Quickly. We would come back again!

        Great hotel with some of the friendliest staff we’ve ever come across. We always travel with our dogs, and love to see a hotel so welcoming of dogs. The staff greeted them and loved on them as if they were their own dogs. Told us where the nearest grass was(which is hard to find in downtown) and gave them some treats. Thanks for welcoming our furry kids!

        I cannot possibly recommend this hotel more. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and the amenities are great. If I could rate over 5-stars for service I would! Thank you!!

        My friend and I had an amazing stay here! All the staff I interacted with were lovely and the room was nice and clean. The location is great and is only a short walk away from waterfront station. Will definitely be booking here again next time I'm in Vancouver.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
