Nice and convenient location to different remarkable destinations need to visit, like downtown area, Nizami street, Malls and parks. Nice customer service especially the Manager Mr. Rashid (if i am not forgetting), tried to go extra mile, hotel fare is economical, nice and healthy breakfast🍳☕🍞 (wants to say especial thanks to their kitchen staff who tried their best to provide a remarkable service)

This hotel is a scam! We did stay 4 nights in this hotel after booking it with Booking. After our stay, they did find a way to put a review of 10/10 on Booking from us (no idea how they were able to do so… but many reviews on Booking are FAKE). After we did a complaint, they canceled our reservation one week after our stay and lied to Booking saying that we did not stayed at their hotel. That lead to an annoying back and forth discussion with Booking to proof that we did stayed at their hotel so we are not charged with cancellation fees and credit take back from this reservation. Just don’t go there and do business with fraud!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Amazing level of customer service from the team here Elgiz and the manager Farid are amazing and very helpful people The hotel location is very convenient near all the nice places just walking distance from most shopping malls, Down town, old city and Nizami street The rooms very good and the rate is fair as well Highly recommended

Great Hotel in BAKU “Amazing as usual” Great Hotel in BAKU. Easy walk to the town center with enough distance away from the noise and crowd. In the center of everywhere so make it easy for getting around anywhere in Baku. Addition to that the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants with different cuisine make this hotel rank right on top. Beautiful building. Extraordinarily attentive staff. Felt like returning home every time I returned to the hotel. World-class property. Beautiful Hotel in an outstanding location. Elegant in every respect. Great Art, spectacular flowers and terrific views everywhere with an excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are large and very comfortable comparing to other hotels, spacious and well-appointed rooms. What really sets this property apart from other hotels is that it is in outstanding location, charming staff; they have the knowledgeable of everything, multi-lingual and ready to serve! (Mr. Farid, Mr. Osman and Mr. Elgiz ). Finally, I would like to recommend this hotel for anyone who want to a peace of mind and relaxes

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
