Was in one of the suites owned by "GC". Room was clean and in a good location. Had a washing machine too. Rooftop pool is good but not enough seating. We liked the suite so extended our stay there by one night. Reception staff aren't particularly helpful and you can be waiting there a while before they take any action.

My stay here was left much to be desired. The lobby's four lifts for 40 floors led to constant overcrowding, resulting in a minimum 20-minute wait every time. On check-out day, the elevator completely skipped our floor, making us wait for 30 minutes. The basic rooms were divided with paper-thin partitions, offering little privacy. The saving grace? A decent pool, but it's hardly worth a return visit. Overall, not my cup of tea.

The floor of the suite were we stayed in was very noisy because there is a children's playroom on the same floor.The room we got was a family room. About 20 square meters with a view of the garage of another hotel. We had a common door that led to another room where some other people were. They were locked, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. We didn't like that at all. At first glance, the room looks very neat and clean but we received dirty towels that we could not change, because as they told us, everything extra we must pay.😳 (why would we pay extra for towels that we didn't even use, that they didn't even change?)🤦‍♀️We didn't use the pool because the water was very dirty and in the 5 days we were there, we might have seen someone swimming once. The faucet in the bathroom worked but was shaky. You have to throw away the trash yourself, but honestly no one told us where, and the cleaners don't do it for you. Every cleaning of your room is paid additionally. The location of the building is very good and accessible to all necessary places, shops and trains... The day before checking out from the hotel, we received a message that says, if we rated them with 5 stars, they would give us a 10% discount on our next visit. In general, if they worked on some small things, they would surely get 5 stars, but now... there are not many defects and we have to give them lower grade.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service during my stay. The TV didn't work at all. When we tried to request an extra towel at the front desk, they informed us it wasn't their duty and advised us to contact the operator. Unfortunately, the operator didn't pickup/reply, and when we returned to the front desk, they explained that the operator will reply slow after their working hours(weekends). So what’s the point to asked us to contact the operator in the beginning since you are already know they will not reply during weekends. It’s very unacceptable especially in service line/hospitality. In the end, the TV didn't fix and we didn’t get the extra towel ! In addition, we waited the lift more than 20mins like everyone who commented in Google review. End up we decided to walk down the stairs from 26th to lobby ! This is my first and last stay in Scarletz Suite.

Room was decent, but the service at reception was terrible. We had to wait 45min in line to get served by counter 4, even though counter 1 and 2 had no one to serve. The lifts are atrocious, took 10-12min to get to ground floor. For a 4 star hotel, there were no soap or hand towels provided and only a small amount of toilet paper.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
