Warm welcoming vibes of this boutique hotel gives us an unique feeling and experience as our first stop in Morocco! It’s quite and very clean! I love early morning birdsong around the Riad. Zoe, the owner (I have so much respect for Women's empowerment business), was so kind and friendly! Yes, We will stay there if we get back to Marrakech again. Each room has its theme that gives you different perspective and experience with lots of details. If you drive like we did, the Riad has some space front of the building with the security camera that you can park there safe and free! It’s good to check with them in advance. The Google map is very straight and clear about the address.

What an absolute dream. This place is everything! It’s location is fantastic, being able to walk safely to the center and it’s extremely spacious and beautiful. The rooms are all super comfy and traditional, and the shared area is extremely welcoming! Even in the winter it’s warm and you can go swimming in the heated pool! Couldn’t choose a better place to stay! The staff is also very lovely, polite and ready to help at any time! Thank you so much!

Amazing experience from check in to check out. We did the spa including a four hand massage, facial, pedi, and hamman. All wonderful. They said the pool was heated, but it was still extremely cold, but nice to look at. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Walking distance to big Square and many other shopping locations. Felt really safe!

Staying with Zoe and the team was just fantastic. The Riad is absolutely stunning- a peaceful oasis within the Medina. The Riad has a beautifully designed pool, a rooftop for enjoying a sundowner or catching some rays and each of the rooms is uniquely designed. The team at the Riad are the biggest highlight- no request is too big or too small and they treat you as you as if you are family. The food and beverage is great- breakfast every morning was a real highlight and the lunch and dinner menu is authentic and well priced. Overall a perfect experience- you won’t regret staying here and we will be back again!

This was an AMAZING stay! I’ll start with the downside, it’s located right in the heart of the old Medina and can be a bit hard to find. With that out of the way, let’s get to the good part. As you walk through the beautiful entry doors, you’re thrust into a world of peaceful beauty. The garden around the pool is lush and relaxing. The rooftop terrace is spacious and gorgeous. The breakfast of breads, soft boiled egg, fruit, and tea or coffee was a nice to start the day. Upon arrival, we were upgraded by our host Zoe to a larger room, which was impeccably designed with lovely, unique, decorations that made us feel like we were royalty. Don’t forget to book a massage while your here too! The staff was amazing and helped us with restaurants and sites to see on our short trip. I will recommend this Riad to anyone who asks where they should stay. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
