        The worst hotel experience of my entire life. Demidoff hotel is 1- disgusting 2- unhygienic 3- absolutely terrible. Demidoff hotel does not take care of its clients or staff. Demidoff hotel needs to be taken down. Demidoff hotel does not change your towels. Demidoff hotel changes towels once every 3 days. Demidoff requires their clients to go beg at reception in order to receive new fresh towels every day. Edit - The previous reviews you received before my review clearly shows how you as a hotel need to improve so much before you can allow yourselves to be called a hotel. I have went to multiple hotels all around the world, 3 to 5 stars and I've never seen a service as unprofessional and unhygienic as yours. You really don't need to try to defend yourself by insulting people. As a client, I have every right to leave a review for horrendous service. You also intimidated me to remove my review but I didn't and I won't.

        Service was dramatic, rooms clean, but my was without soap & shower gel, AC was broken -> 3 stars hotel? Trust me I travel a lot of around the world and I don't think so.. I had problems with the invoice, actually with making a correction to the data that was incorrectly entered. At least a second person was able to help me and change the data on the invoice. DON'T GIVE them your CREDIT CARD number at the front desk!!! They can charge you under any pretext! Here's our story: The elevator says that it handles up to 4 people max with a total weight of 320 KG. Max 4 people means that 4 people can enter it, but how to weigh them? That's something you can't check anyhow. We entered to the elevator with 4 of us and got stuck in it, for which they charged each of us 80 EUR. After agreement, they made a refund to the wrong people they promised -> to this day I have not received a refund. The only good thing is the location, but I do not recommend this hotel anyway.

        the hotel has a good location. Breakfast and rooms are ok. The attitude of the staff is a tragedy. There were four of us stuck in the elevator. the elevator allows a maximum of four people. Old elevator without ventilation. We were a little stressed at the beginning. Fortunately, our friend was outside and answered the phone. Help is coming quickly. Imagine our surprise when the lady called us to apologize and told us to pay 80 euros for the repair of the elevator... The elevator has a maximum weight of 320 kg, which according to... we have not crossed us. We were charged 80 euros each from the credit card numbers we left behind. When we asked for the manager, he was supposed to be there in the morning, but he decided not to come... we will report it and demand a refund.

        Rudest kind of people you can encounter in customer service. Ugly rooms with terrible smell and noise, poor breakfast etc. Had the "pleasure" to see how they treated a customer at the front desk and my goodness these people really need to get a job where other people are not involved. Only good thing is the location. Which is probably the only reason they can still be in business as there are millions of people coming to Milan every year. I'm pretty sure very few come back to this place a second time.

        Never again. We are a couple and had such a bad experience. Unreasonably overpriced. Average cleaning , dirty stains on walls and on top of it the service, I mean there’s no service at all. Receptionist is rude and ignorant.
