The location of the resort is good at Station 2, good daily acoustic performances from local talents & food & drinks from restaurant below the resort is delicious at reasonable prices... Most of the rooms need renovation & maintenance to become more cozy to occupants... Not recommended for those people who are looking for cozy & comfy hotels for short stay at Boracay...

Cheap hotel among the beachfront resorts but nothing fancy here. It's like a budget accommodation when it comes to facilities. If you're in a budget, might as well stay away from here and you might just find a more decent accommodation. The staff though are very friendly and accommodating. I would like to keep their staff when a new hotel and owner will renovate/ construct a new hotel on this site. Just basic rooms and shower so lower your expectations. They have live acoustic music running every night staring at 8pm(maybe 7pm?) and unless you don't plan on sleeping early, there is no way you can block the noise. If you want great vibes and atmosphere, get your cocktails somewhere else, theirs is more expensive.

The hotel restaurant charged us beyond our expectations. Please beware of this place when ordering fresh seafoods! Make sure to know the price first including the fee for cooking before u sit comfortably.

This place is the best if your looking to spend time on the beach all day and have a great dinner in the evening. Staff's are really friendly and will do the extra mile for you to make you feel comfortable. That is why my family and I keep coming back to this resort. It's affordable and the rooms are cozy and well maintained. What more can a vacationing family ask for! Closest to the beach, easy access to all the food joints and it is in the middle of Station 2. Free use of sun bed and beach towel. We will becoming back to this place very soon.

Huwag kayong mag check in dito, sobrang pricey compared sa other hotels like astoria and hennan. We stayed for 3 nights here but we regretfully paid 12k. Sa astoria you'll pay almost the same but you'll enjoy free breakfast buffet plus they have amenities like infinity pools.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
