This hotel is in a prime location for many things; food, shopping, health services. All within walking distance. I have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul and this one makes you feel like home. The staff is really friendly and willing to handle any issues as they arise. Rooms are great for the price

I stayed in this hotel 7 days, Quiet hotel even though busy road and shoplets nearby. the location is perfect , the metro station is just 1 min walk. Staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

In my two times in Istanbul I was in this hotel, mr Murat and Ali are wonderful person, you feel that you are in a big family, the rooms are very big and always clean, and the area of the hotel is amazing, with a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping mall and supermarket next… in my next time to Istambul, I’ll be there again Lucas

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
