The location of the hotel was good, close to notable areas such as Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, The Forum, Vatican City and others. The hotel's water boiler failed for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The hotel staff was not forthcoming about the issues, because twice we were told that it was fixed only to recant their statement once I call them to complain. We asked for the manager several times and they wouldn't even give the name and just kept telling us "come by at 7 am to speak with the manager". We left early every morning to visit the city and the tours we scheduled so there was never a good time to speak with the manager. Besides, we are the ones inconvenienced so it should have been the staff making an effort to reach us and not the other way around. I definitely would not stay here again.

Overall Rome was very expensive so relatively speaking, the hotel was good value for money. The room is quite small and the shower is so tiny you can barely close the shower door which was also leaking. The breakfast wasn’t really impressive While it’s not a center location it was still quite convenient to get around from there.

Stayed early December, arrived lunchtime and room not ready... not a problem, went for a walk into the City as its 35 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. There's a public bus ticket machine right outside this hotel. Get the no. 60/62 or 80... cheap travel, can even use ticket on Metro train. Hotel, Room... no tea/coffee making, fridge didn't work, would have been handy. Bit of a damp smell in hallway room itself has heater, so no problems there. Hot water and shower all working. Breakfast is scrambled eggs/cooked meats, cooked sausage, Toast...and cake...lots of cake. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Ps Dining out is recommended at Terra Mia Pzzeria, turn left out of hotel, 2nd street down, book online. It's a 4 star hotel, great location... but I'm only giving 4 stars... Pps.. decor is amazing...looks great...

Hotel [3/5]: a beautiful old hotel which needs necessary renovations. Room [1/5]: very small, I guess some rooms has no light as windown opens to patio. Mattess very unconfertable. No safe and on the elevator it is written hotel is not responsible for lost of your belongings haha DISASTER FOR TRAVELLING WITH INFANT OR BABY Breakfast [2/5]: brief but ok Check out at 10 AM???

First of all, when we arrived around 14 our room wasn't ready, which was pretty annoying since we were REALLY tired and needed to rest a little bit. However, the lobby was so beautiful and exquisite that we were still really looking forward to seeing our room. When we got to do the check-in headed straight to the room just to discover that it was quite mediocre. There was a useless wardrobe that we could not even open and a dryer that didn't blow any air. We felt really uncomfortable since cleanliness wasn't at its best. Too expensive to be this dirty. There was mould in the shower and I still can't believe how disgusting it was to check what was going on under the bed. As fancy as it looks save your money, not worth paying such a ridiculous price!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
