Room aircond where i stay not cool at all.totally not functioning. Have to open window whole night. Otherwise it will be a good place to stay

Repeated staying for the 3rd times. For a budget hotel. It is a hidden gem in JB. I like the simple and spacious room 35sqm. Location some distance away from malls and shops. Carpark is free and large. Grabcar is available within 10min. Only noise issue is because the hotel is located infront of an expressway and could be quite noisy sometimes. Room view is great and serenity. I love the room window is large and classic. Room is clean. Towel and bed no weird smell. Toilet is clean and size is good. No amenity except 2 bottles of Ice Mountain drinking water (500ml), a shower cap and all in one soap. Fridge is provided. Hairdryer need to request from reception. Some power plugs are not working but is fine as there are many plugs in the room. Check in is fast. No need any deposit when check in.

Love this hotel. Hidden from the crowds and yet so easy to go anywhere. A basic hotel with no pool. The reception staff are friendly . Food juction juz 5 mins drive. Big room with king bed, aircond and fridge functioning well and great sea view. Definitely will be my choice of hotel in JB after this.

very very friendly counter staff👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻the view is very nice, building is a bit old, but is clean, can tell from the towel and bed sheet,smell good and clean. Hot water on bathroom is working excellent,this really pleasant me. the room is not soundproof enough, can hear the voice on corridor. Didn't provide tooth brush and tooth paste. But we do enjoy our 2 nights stay over here, highly recommend！✨✨✨✨✨

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location is prime and the view was lovely. Pretty decent for a 3 star hotel. Will come back to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
