Our family of four, ages 17-49, had a great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and a 5 min walk to Excalibur, the Luxor and New York New York. The amenities are nice. The four star for service was due to the sales pitch when you check in. It's really not necessary and the young man would not take a polite "I'm not interested" for an answer. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

We had a family vacation and wanted to all stay together in a safe place near the strip. We were so wonderfully surprised at the quality of our stay for such a reasonable price. We arrived with ease to a clean and well stocked room. Though we were so close to the strip, the resort was peaceful and was a great place to go back to mid day and rest up. It was like two vacations in one. The house keeping staff was helpful and gave un directions around the resort at one point. Pool are felt like we were ocean side. Dylan came around and took orders for drinks and even helped me with a non-alcoholic option that still felt a little fancy. Before we headed out for the night, Dylan and Derek chatted with us at the bar and were so pleasant. They were professional but still cracked jokes and maintained a relaxed environment. we stayed during Mexican Independence weekend and noticed the staff having a cookout our back. It makes me happy to see a company taking care of their employees and making sure they are seen and respected. We will 100% stay here again if we make it back out to Vegas. We couldn’t have been more impressed with our piece of Heaven right outside the strip!

Awesome place with big rooms right next to the strip. It’s within 5-8 minutes walking / stumbling distance to MGM. It’s four buildings with lots of rooms. So much space! Felt like an apartment. It has a bar that’s open until 10pm with awesome staff. Pool, jacuzzi or hot tub - I didn’t go in sadly. BBQ area. The rooms are quiet. No issues sleeping. Beds are nice. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d totally stay here again.

Centrally located and family friendly condo hotel. The rooms are clean and nice but need a little attention to detail here and there. The only hard sell for the vacation club comes when you check in and they send you to the club desk for a "welcome package". Just avoid it. We did and we have zero regrets. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the pool and common areas are clean and relaxing.

This hotel is slightly off the strip near the MGM, it’s much more quiet than the strip and without a casino in the lobby the air is breathable. Our room is fairly large with a separate living room with a pull out sofa bed. And a full sized kitchen. The only negatives are the bathroom, tub is really high, paint peeling door and worst is our bathroom smells of pee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
