I stayed here while undergoing treatment at the University hospital; it’s just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and cozy with coffee and tea service in the room. Super comfy beds and a pillow menu make for restful nights. The staff were open and friendly and offered many helpful suggestions. Great place!

Stayed here twice in March & April 2023. A nice hotel with tram station just a stone’s throw away. It had a nice breakfast and dinner at its Italian restaurant was always delicious. The guy Tim working in Reception and also in the bar is a gem. Very Helpful & sweet. Check in & check out was smooth & quick. A nice place to stay in Zurich, not far from anything.

I stayed here two different nights during my trip. Both stays I was met with incredibly kind staff who were more than willing to answer all my questions about the area and things to do. My rooms both times were very clean and cozy with all the things I needed. The area is quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again anytime.

Lovely Hotel, perfectly situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main Zurich attractions, yet close enough to get to the key places via TRAM, a stop for which is literally at a walk of two-three minutes from the hotel. The rooms are good, albeit can feel small if you have a few bags as the bags will take up the open space. The staff is very nice and friendly, but since they have a cafe/bar and a full fledged Italian restaurant on the premises, they do get busy during peak hours attending to other customers and you may encounter a wait to get responses. If there is a few recommendations I could make - WiFi is pretty spotty and when the place gets busy, it can be really slow. Secondly, in the rooms it would be great if they could add some USB changing ports as most of the devices these days need those for charging and that will alleviate the need to bring multiple wall connection adapters.

One of the worst hotels I have visited so far. If it were possible I would not give a star. Very unfriendly staff, questions sent in advance were not even answered. There was no parking or for 25 euros per night you could park somewhere.... The premium room was dirty. Stains on the furniture, the bathroom was not cleaned, walls full of stains. At least the bed was freshly made, everything else was dirty. Overpriced hotel that has nothing to offer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
