We were really impressed with both the hotel room and the additional optional breakfast. The hotel is great value for money, with large and modern rooms. The different art in each room is such a cool way to stand out from the crowd and gave it a really chic look. The room was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable, there is a complimentary mini bar and coffee machine at no extra cost. You can even get little snacks each day if you elect to not have your room cleaned (by putting the little provided linen bag on your door handle). The bathroom was very warm and the shower had great heat and pressure. The only con really was the street noise, but there is automatic window shutters alongside the thick windows to help block it out, so we had no issues with that. The complimentary breakfast was in the cafe just next door and was really fantastic and worth the cost, Rahele greeted us as we entered and asked what hot drink we would like before showing us to a seat. We even had eggs made to our preference fresh from the kitchen. The coffee we ordered was delicious also, a bit of a rarity in Europe. Location is fantastic nice and close to the train station, and only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, even though the rooms are nice and modern, we can’t recommend this hotel because it was dirty. The first room we had was not cleaned before our arrival (filthy floor, hair in the sink, bin not emptied) so we complained and moved to a different room. That one was a little cleaner but still dirty, especially the floors.

Great Hotel with super friendly and helpful staff and awesome rooms ! Breakfast was also more than pleasing, location is right next to Central Train Station and only a 5 mins walk into the inner city centre. Highly recommended!

Located very near to touristic places with a lot of options to eat and drink all day and night. The rooms are ok. They have huge TVs and nice bathrooms. The people from the counter are very very nice and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
