Way off the beaten path and perfect! The resort is very clean, the staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly. We really enjoyed our short visit here. Great views, pools, pool bar, restaurant and a roof top bar is coming!

I had the pleasure of staying at Desiterra Resort in Santorini for five days with my wife, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised when the reception staff contacted us before our journey, confirming our reservation and extending a warm greeting. This thoughtful gesture set a positive tone for our stay. Upon arrival, the barren surroundings initially caught us off guard, but our villa more than made up for it. Our villa was nothing short of extraordinary – spacious, complete with a private swimming pool, and a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sunrise. The villa was immaculate, and it was stocked with a variety of supplies, from coffee machines to lounge beds to a smart TV – they truly thought of everything. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness and politeness of every staff member. Everyone we encountered was super nice and polite. Desiterra Resort boasts an array of facilities, including restaurants, a spa, and a gym. The staff even use golf buggies to transport guests around the resort, though they might be a bit elusive (or so it seemed!), but you can always communicate with the concierge in advance for assistance. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we couldn't help but think that the hotel could be a bit more generous with amenities (Only two bottles of water are complimentary for the entire staying, I would recommend one bottle everyday.) Additionally, we did encounter some ants in the bathroom, which could be improved. Nevertheless, our overall experience was fantastic, and it left both my wife and me with cherished memories. A special shout-out to Michael, the concierge, who patiently explained and showed us various sightseeing locations and activities on the island. Thanks to his recommendation, we went on a winery tour and had dinner at Santo Winery, where we witnessed a breathtaking sunset. Michael, you made our trip truly memorable. As our flight was in the evening, we were unable to secure a late check-out due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and offered us access to the restaurant, bar, pool, and gym facilities after check-out and before our return flight. If any of my friends plan a trip to Santorini, I will wholeheartedly recommend Desiterra Resort. It's a hidden gem on this beautiful island, and I'm sure they'll have an amazing time, just as we did.

Admittedly off the beaten path from the main attractions in Santorini, but I have a feeling they are getting in early on a part of the island set to develop. The rooms have private pools, the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are so friendly and eager to serve. I highly recommend if you have a family or enjoy being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns.

We had an amazing experience! The facilities are kept extremely clean daily, the food was Great, they have transportation services as well which make traveling to high traffic tourist areas very easy... and when you are ready to relax.. they pick you up and you can enjoy dinner at their onsite restaurant and walk back to your villa to close the day.. What made our stay even more special, was their staff... they are amazing!!.. very high-level customer service that unfortunately a lot of places have lost. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our suite with sea view was superb. The hotel staff are smiling and always take care of their guests. The breakfast is varied, copious and very good. The hotel is clean, beautiful and well located.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
